RETURN POLICY

Refunds, size or style exchange only within 10 days of the delivery date. Items should be returned new, unused, and must have the original SHAY TODD tags attached. Federal health regulations will not allow us to accept swimwear that is damaged, soiled or altered and will be returned at the customer’s expense. You must call or email us to be assigned a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). Any item returned without a return merchandise authorization number will be refused by our shipping department. Your item must be received within 7 business days from the time the authorization was issued to you or the RMA will be voided. Unless the item was defective, all shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility. Your item will be subject to examination and must be in the same condition it was shipped to you. We reserve the right to deny refunds and exchanges if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. All refunds will be returned to the same source which payment came from. No exceptions.

If we don’t have the item you request as an exchange or if you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for a store credit to your SHAY TODD account (you will have to register for one). The amount of the credit will be automatically deducted from your next order and will be valid for one year. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

All International sales are final. No returns, exchange or refunds. Any duties, customs charges, taxes, or other fees associated with international shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.

Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
